Preparation (Day 1)

House is pressure-washed

All cracks are caulked in

Scrape areas as needed

Clean Paint Chips up

Any rotten wood reported to the homeowner

Barespots are primed

Windows are masked

Painting (Day 2 and 3)

Driveways/Cement /Plants covered

2-Coats of paint applied to body (Sprayed)

2-Coats of paint applied to the trim. (Hand-Brushed)

Cleanup (Day 3 or 4)

Any Touchups are done

All plastic and paper are removed.

All garbage is cleaned up.

Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.
